This was a complete remodel and reshape on the existing pool and spa to accommodate a hidden track recessed pool cover. The deck was removed and the pool and spa were re-plumbed, the skimmer was relocated. The spa was raised and two Shear Descent type waterfalls were installed. The existing steps and bench were cut off and filled in with steel reinforced gunite. The pool was retiled and new stone coping, stone deck and stone work on the spa was installed. The equipment was replaced and is controlled by an automated control panel in the house. The pool and spa were resurfaced with a Pebble Sheen finish.
