A gunite spa was added to this pool. The deck was removed and the pool was re-plumbed.  Two 24in. Sheer Descent waterfalls plus the spa spillway were used for the rock water feature. A gunite poolside bench was constructed next to the spa and new pool steps were constructed with a large top step wading area. Poured in place coping and a stone deck were installed and the pool and spa were retiled. The equipment was replaced and is controlled by an automated control system with a control panel in the house. The pool and spa were resurfaced with a Pebble-Tec finish (Tahoe blue).
